RESOLUTION 22-147
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN FOR
PL 170TH STREET, LLC ADDITION
Motion By: Braid Second By: Thompson
WHEREAS, Kiehm Construction, Inc. (the “Developer”), on behalf of the property owner, PL
170th Street, LLC, has applied for a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan
for PL 170th Street, LLC Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Prior Lake City Council considered the proposed Final PUD Plan on
December 5, 2022, and found it to be in substantial compliance with the
approved Preliminary PUD Plan for Paul’s Place; and
WHEREAS,
the City Council finds that the Final PUD Plan is compatible with the stated
purposes and intent of Section 1132, Planned Unit Developments, of the Zoning
Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The PL 170th Street, LLC Addition Final PUD Plan is hereby approved subject to the following
conditions:
a. The Developer shall revise the plans according to the November 29, 2022 City Public
Works Department Memorandum prior to issuance of a building permit.
b. The Developer shall obtain any required permits from other state or local agencies
applicable on the site.
Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 5th day of December 2022.
