THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: Section 1: City Code Chapter 2, the City Fee Schedule, is amended by revising the names of the following fees: Section 2: City Code Chapter 2, the City Fee Schedule, is amended by updating various fees as follows: Existing Name:Revised Name: None DEVELOPMENT FEES: Escrow for Professional Service on Development Agreements (unrelated to Construction Observation)Actual costs to be paid by developer Escrow for Preliminary Plats, Final Plats and for major PUD amendments.
