CALL TO ORDER Mayor Briggs called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Councilors Braid, Burkart, Churchill, and Lake. Absent: none. Also in attendance was City Manager Wedel, City Attorney Kendall, Police Chief Duggan, City Clerk Simon, Parks and Recreation Manager Hart.
