RESOLUTION 23-127
AMENDMENT TO THE 2023 BUDGET

WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the 2023 budgets were adopted on December 05, 2022; and
the 2023 Water Fund budget does not reflect expenditures and funding for
new watermain repair costs identified totaling $250,000. The new costs are
for several large emergency watermain repairs and estimated costs through
the end of the year.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The 2023 Water Fund budget for account 54010.63 (Maintenance Agreements Water
Distribution) is amended to reflect the expenditures as noted above.
3. Funding will be provided by the respective Fund reserves.
Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 2nd day of October 2023.
