RESOLUTION 23-140 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE FOR RECORDING A FINAL PLAT FOR PIKE LAKE LANDING COMMERCIAL Motion By: Braid Second By: Lake
WHEREAS, the Prior Lake City Council adopted Resolution 23-101 on July 17, 2023, approving a Final Plat for Pike Lake landing Commercial; and WHEREAS, Parkhaven Holdings LCC (the “Developer”) was required to record the Final Plat by October 15, 2023; and WHEREAS, the Developer submitted a written request in order to provide sufficient time for the Developer to finalize purchase of the property and pay all City development fees required prior to recording the plat; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The deadline for recording the Final Plat for Pike Lake Landing Commercial is extended from October 15, 2023 to April 15, 2023 to provide sufficient time for the Developer to finalize purchase of the property, pay all City development fees and record the Final Plat and all
