RESOLUTION 23-141 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH CNH ARCHITECTS Motion By: Lake Second By: Burkart
WHEREAS, CNH Architects has been involved with previous city projects requiring structural and mechanical design; and WHEREAS, CNH is an experienced consultant in the areas of structural and mechanical design and construction administration that will be utilized again in the future; and WHEREAS, a master service agreement will streamline the administrative process involved with executing new agreements with this consultan. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute a master service agreement with CNH Architects.
