RESOLUTION 23-142 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WORK ORDER WITH CNH ARCHITECTS FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR CLUB PRIOR RENOVATIONS Motion By: Lake Second By: Burkart
WHEREAS, The 2023-2027 CIP includes funding for renovations at Club Prior; and, WHEREAS, Staff recommends executing a work order with CNH Architects for the design and construction administration services for this project; and, WHEREAS, CNH Architects has submitted a proposal in the amount of $23,900 to provide design and construction administration services for this project. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute a work order with CNH
Architects in the amount of $23,900 for design and construction administration services for Club Prior renovations.
3. The funding for this project will come from the Capital Facilities Fund.
