RESOLUTION 23-145 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A 3-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE CARTEGRAPH CONTRACT Motion By: LAKE Second By: CHURCHILL
WHEREAS, the Cartegraph Operations Management Software is used by Public Works staff on a daily basis for fleet management, managing workflows, and tracking vital asset information; and WHEREAS, the existing Cartegraph licensing contract will expire on April 15, 2024; and WHEREAS, Staff has included funding in the 2024 Operating Budget to accommodate the licensing costs for Cartegraph and ESRI as noted in the report. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. Staff is hereby authorized to execute and submit the renewal form to OpenGov for a 3-year contract extension of the Cartegraph software.
3. The funding for this project will come from the 2024 Operating Budget as detailed in the
