RESOLUTION 23-147 A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT AND APPROVING A WORK ORDER WITH BOLTON & MENK FOR THE MARTINDALE/HENNING/HICKORY RECLAMATION PROJECT (CP 2025-03) Motion By: LAKE Second By: CHURCHILL
WHEREAS, the 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) includes $1,355,000 for the reclamation of 0.6 miles of streets in the Martindale/Henning/Hickory area; and WHEREAS, a Feasiblity Report is needed to determine the best options for construction and financing for this project; and WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, a member of the city’s consultant pool, has provided a proposal in the amount of $208,161 to develop the feasibility report and provide project management and construction administration services for this
project; and WHEREAS, Staff recommends executing a work order with Bolton & Menk in the amount of
$208,161 for the development of the feasibility report, project management, and construction administration services. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute a work order with Bolton & Menk in the amount of $208,161 for the development of the feasibility report, project management, and construction administration services for the Martindale/Henning/Hickory Reclamation Project.
3. The funding for this project is included in the 2024-2028 CIP. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 4th day of December 2023. VOTE Briggs Braid Burkart Churchill Lake Aye ☒ ☒ ☒ ☒ ☒
