RESOLUTION 23-148 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WORK ORDER WITH WSB & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE LORDS STREET BRIDGE REHABILITATION PROJECT (CP 2024-02) Motion By: LAKE Second By: CHURCHILL
WHEREAS, the Lords Street bridge was inspected by the State of Minnesota in July 2021; and WHEREAS, several areas of the bridge were identified for rehabilitation; and WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, Inc. (WSB) has submitted a proposal in the amount of $146,770 to provide plans and specifications, construction inspection, and bidding services for the bridge rehabilitation project; and WHEREAS, the 2024-2028 CIP includes $300,000 to complete the Lords Street bridge rehabilitation, which includes the work order amount noted above.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute a work order with WSB &
Associates, Inc. in the amount of $146,770 for the Lords Street bridge rehabilitation plans and specifications, construction inspection, and bidding services.
3. The funding for this project is included in the 2024-2028 CIP. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 4th day of December 2023. VOTE Briggs Braid Burkart Churchill Lake
