Also in attendance was City Manager Wedel, Community Development Director McCabe, City Attorney Kendall, Police Chief Duggan, Clerk Simon and Deputy Clerk Kooiman. 2. PUBLIC FORUM Parker Johnson and Henry Nordby Twin Oaks Middle School: Presented their thoughts and petition on raising awareness on vape products and laws against them with their presentation ti- tled “Be the Change”.
