RESOLUTION 24-028 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PRIOR LAKE REVIVAL II Motion By: Braid Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS,
the Prior Lake City Council (“Council”) approved Resolution 23-53 on March 20, 2023 approving a Preliminary Plat to be known as Prior Lake Revival II; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Subsection 1002.206 of the City Code the applicant is required to submit a Final Plat application within 12 months unless an extension is granted by the City Council; and WHEREAS, on March 12, 2024, the City Council heard a request from Prior Lake Revival, LLC, the applicant and property owner, requesting an extension to the deadline for submitting the Prior Lake Revival II Final Plat application an additional six (6) months from March 20, 2024 to September 20, 2024.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The deadline for submitting the Final Plat for Prior Lake Revival II is extended from March 20,
