A. PDEV24-000004 – 2965 Spring Lake RD SW – Variance – Property owners Robert and Nicole
Langheim are proposing to construct a new single-family home on the property and are requesting
a setback variance from the Ordinary High-Water Level (OHWL) of Spring Lake and the Spring
Lake outlet channel.

A. Variance Extension - Prior Lake Revival LLC, the property owner, is requesting an extension to a
variance from the zoning code approved as Resolution 23-02PC. The subject property is located
south of CH21 between West Avenue SE and Duluth Avenue SE (PIDs: 259021520 and
259021260).
