CALL TO ORDER Acting Mayor Braid called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Councilors Churchill and Lake. Absent: Mayor Briggs and Councilor Burkart. Also in attendance was City Manager Wedel, Assistant Public Works Director Monserud, City Attorney McDowell-Poehler, Police Chief Duggan, and Clerk Simon. 2. PUBLIC FORUM Representative Angie Craig- Provided a brief overview of the items she is currently working on, and thanked the City Council, Police and Fire Departments for all their work. 3. Association is made up of housing without large families, which makes the financial impact harder. Planning their own assessment later this year. Monserud: A Feasibility report was done at the front end of the project, that considers if the unit is a full unit or partial, such as a townhome. Assessment amounts were adjusted based off that. Lake: Acknowledging all the work that went into getting this agreement back into place. This is a win for the city, children and schools. Braid: Echo Councilor Lake’s comments.
