RESOLUTION 24-045 APPROVING 2024 BUDGET AMENDMENTS Motion By: Burkart Second By: Lake
WHEREAS, the 2024 budgets were adopted on December 04, 2023; and WHEREAS, the 2024 budget does not reflect $94,900 net expenditure and revenue impact for updates made to projects in the Capital Improvement Program after the budget was approved. The budget amendments also include corrections for a general fund expenditure carryforward, payroll between funds, and adjustment to debt service transfers. Therefore, the 2024 budgets by fund will be adjusted as detailed in the agenda report. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The 2024 Budgets are amended to reflect the revenue and expenditures as noted above. 3. Funding will be provided by the respective Fund reserves.

General Fund 24,500
Debt Service Funds Budget adjustments net to zero
Equipment Replacement Fund Budget adjustments net to zero
Facilities Mgmt. Fund – expenditure reduction (229,600)
PIR Fund - revenue reduction (1,850,000)
Water Fund – expenditure reduction (1,367,895)
Sewer Fund – expenditure reduction (182,105)
Total (net of revenue and expenditures) $94,900
