1. CALL TO ORDER
Acting Mayor Braid called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Councilors Burkart and
Lake. Absent: Mayor Briggs and Councilor Churchill. Also in attendance was City Manager Wedel,
Parks and Recreation Manager Hart, City Attorney Kendall, Police Chief Duggan, and Clerk Simon.
