RESOLUTION 24-070 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW MTU Motion By: LAKE Second By: BURKART WHEREAS, the city utilizes Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for
the operation of the water supply and sewer collection systems; and WHEREAS, Automatic Systems and Cal-Tex Electric have submitted quotes totaling $81,796 for the addition of a second MTU to accommodate needed upgrades to the sewer SCADA system as noted in the report; and WHEREAS, Staff recommend accepting the quote from Automatic Systems and Cal-Tex Electric and proceeding with this project. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Mayor and City Manager hereby accept the quote from Automatic Systems and Cal-Tex
Electric totaling $81,796 and authorize staff to move forward with the project.
3. Funding for the purchase and installation of the new MTU will come from the water and sewer utility funds as follows:
