RESOLUTION 24-071 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDERING THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE MARTINDALE-HENNING-HICKORY RECLAMATION PROJECT (CP 2025-03) Motion By: LAKE Second By: BURKART
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution 23-147, the City Council on December 4, 2023 ordered a feasibility report to be prepared under the direction of the city’s Public Works Department with reference to the Martindale-Henning-Hickory Reclamation Project; and WHEREAS, the feasibility report for the Martindale-Henning-Hickory Reclamation Project dated June 11, 2024 contains information that the proposed project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The City Council hereby accepts the feasibility report as submitted.
3. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets and areas in accordance with the feasibility report and the assessment of property as described in the report for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $1,030,000.
4. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on July 23, 2024 at Prior Lake City Hall, 4646 Dakota Street SE, City of Prior Lake, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. Statutory notice and publication requirements shall be followed. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 25th day of June 2024. VOTE Briggs Braid Burkart Churchill Lake
