RESOLUTION 24-090 A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING TIM MARCO TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Motion By: Burkart Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, Tim Marco was appointed to the EDA in March of 2022 to serve the remainder of a vacated term which expires on December 31, 2024; and WHEREAS,
the EDA Bylaws allow for reappointment of commissioners with remaining terms available if one Commissioner from the City Council and Commission President determines they shall be put forward for reappointment; and WHEREAS, one Commissioner from the City Council and Commission President has determined Tim Marco shall be put forward for reappointment; and WHEREAS, the City Council considered and approved the recommended appointment of Tim Marco for another term on the EDA on August 27, 2024. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein as if fully set forth.
2. That the following individual is appointed to the Economic Development Authority for the following term:
