RESOLUTION 24-127 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT FOR AXON SQUAD CAR CAMERA SERVICES FOR YEARS 2022 AND 2023
Motion By: Lake Second By: Churchill WHEREAS, the City signed a service contract with AXON for squad car cameras. The
service covers the cost of cameras for each squad car, installation, licensing, unlimited data storage etc. which totals $24,217.36 annually; and WHEREAS, the service was provided to the city in 2022 and 2023, however, the vendor did not bill the city due to a system billing issue. Therefore, the expenditure totaling $48,434.72 will be paid in 2024 and the budget will be amended to reflect this payment. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The 2024 Budgets are amended to reflect the expenditures as noted above. 3. Funding will be provided by General Fund reserves.
