RESOLUTION 24-128 RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH COLLABORATIVE SAFETY TO FACILITATE A 2-DAY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSE FOR CITY
LEADERSHIP STAFF AND SURROUNDING PARTNER AGENCIES

WHEREAS, the City of Prior Lake, including its Public Safety and Public Works is 24 hours a day, 7 days per week operation; and WHEREAS, the City of Prior Lake continues to support the development of its
leaders in all areas; and WHEREAS, promoting organizational learning to advance city services and improving service delivery to employees and citizens is a top priority; and
WHEREAS, facilitating the same growth with surrounding partner organizations and governments will solidify key operational abilities; and
WHEREAS, funding for this education is within current allocated budget. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA _
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. City staff is authorized to engage in contracted project with Collaborative Safety in the amount of $24,000. 3. Funding for this project is available within the Police Department training budget.
