RESOLUTION 25- 004 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED REVERE ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT Motion By: Braid Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, On November 26, 2024, the City Council adopted Resolution 24-134 approving the Revere Addition Final Plat and Development Agreement; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS,
the Development Agreement was written between the City of Prior Lake and property owner M.P. Holdings, LLC; and
following city council approval of the development agreement, the property owner realized their LLC filing had expired with the Minnesota Secretary of State’s Office and the M.P. Holdings, LLC company name was no longer available; and the property owner has since filed a new ownership entity, Revere Addition, LLC; and the Revere Addition Development Agreement has been further revised to remove the developer installed public improvement language that does not apply, as the public improvements have already been installed to serve this development.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the amended Development Agreement for Revere Addition.
