HomeMy WebLinkAbout25-062 Resolution Approving the Seventh Amendment to Common Intrest Community Plat Number 1000Phone 952.447.9800 / www.priorlakemn.gov RESOLUTION 25-062 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY PLAT NUMBER 1000 MOTION BY: Braid SECOND BY: Lake WHEREAS, Common Interest Community (CIC) Plat Number 1000 (Franklin Trail Office Condominium) was approved and recorded in the office of the Scott County Recorder on September 15, 1981; and WHEREAS, PK Thomas Properties, LLC has applied for an amendment to CIC Plat Number 1000 to identify revised parcel boundaries following the interior remodel of the first floor; and WHEREAS, On May 13, 2025, the Prior Lake City Council reviewed the proposed amendment to CIC 1000 and found it to be in in substantial compliance with the approved CIC Plat 1000; and WHEREAS, The City Council hereby approves the 7th Amendment to the Common Interest Community Number 1000. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, that: 1. The above recitals are fully incorporated herein as set forth above. 2. Existing special assessments which have been levied against the units within the Franklin Trail Office Condominium shall be paid in full. 3. The amendment to the CIC plat 1000 must be filed with the Scott County Recorder’s Office within 90 days from the date of City Council approval. Failure to record the documents by August 11, 2025 shall render the CIC plat amendment null and void. 4. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute documents necessary on behalf of the City to effectuate the recording of the Seventh Amendment to CIC Plat Number 1000.
