HomeMy WebLinkAbout25-063 Approving a Public Property Use Permit at 16030 Eagle Creek Ave SE RESOLUTION 25-063 RESOLUTION APPROVING A PUBLIC PROPERTY USE PERMIT AT 16030 EAGLE CREEK AVENUE SE Motion By: Braid Second By: LAke WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, Katherina and Robert Yurko own property located at 16030 Eagle Creek Avenue SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372 (the “Property”); and The Property is legally described as All of Lot 53, except the Northerly 2½ feet of Lot 52, Lakeside Park, Scott County, Minnesota. (PID 250960360); and The Property includes an existing detached garage which extends approximately 23.5 feet into the adjacent public right-of-way (the “ROW”); and The Yurkos requested permission to construct a fence along their north Property line parallel with the detached garage within the ROW and terminating along the property line at the northeast corner of the detached garage; and The City of Prior Lake requires approval and execution of a Public Property Use Permit prior to construction of a fence on the Property. WHEREAS, On May 13, 2025, the Prior Lake City Council reviewed and approved the Public Property Use Permit. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The City Council of Prior Lake hereby approves the Public Property Use Permit, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Public Property Use Permit on behalf of the City. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 13th day of May 2025.
