Johnson and her successors in trust, as Trustee of the Carol Rae Johnson Revocable Trust under Agreement dated December 14, 2017, as amended (the “Owner) is the owner of property at 16309 Main Avenue SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372 (the “Property”); and The Property legally described as: That part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Cates Addition to the Village of Prior Lake, Scott County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the northwest comer of said Lot 1; thence southwesterly along the westerly line of said Lots 1 and 2 to a point distant 2.35 feet southerly of the northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence southeasterly to a point on the easterly line of said Lot 2 distant 31.10 feet southerly of the northeast comer of said Lot 2; thence northerly along said easterly line to the northeast comer of said Lot 2; thence continuing northerly along the easterly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 40.00 feet; thence northwesterly to the point of beginning. (PID 250020020); and YT’s Garage, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company with an address of 16309 Main Avenue SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372 (the “Operator”) proposes to operate a bar and restaurant on the property; and There is an existing drainage and utility easement at the rear of the property in favor of the City of Prior Lake (the “Easement”); and Owner and Operator would like to install a covered patio (the “Patio”) at the rear of the Property, a portion of which would encroach into the Easement; and The City of Prior Lake requires approval and execution of a Public Property Use Permit prior to construction of the Patio; and WHEREAS, On May 13, 2025, the Prior Lake City Council reviewed and approved the Public Property Use Permit. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The City Council of Prior Lake hereby approves the Public Property Use Permit, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Public Property Use Permit on behalf of the City.
