RESOLUTION 25- 13 A RESOLUTION TO RATIFIY A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE DNR – LICENSE FOR UTILITY TO CROSS PUBLIC WATERS Motion By: Churchill Second By: Lake
WHEREAS, as part of the lakeside sewer lining project (2021-14), the contractor is required to bypass pump a section of sanitary sewer that runs under Prior Lake; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS,
a DNR permit is required for any work done under the lake; and in order for the DNR to issue a permit a license agreement is required to be executed with the DNR; and City staff have reviewed the license agreement and recommend executing said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Mayor and City Council hereby ratify the authorization of the City Manager to execute a license agreement with the DNR.
