CALL TO ORDER Mayor Briggs called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Councilors Lake, Braid, Hellier and Churchill. Absent: None. Also were Assistant City Manager Olson, Community Development Director McCabe, Finance Director Klekner, Police Chief Duggan and Deputy Clerk Kooiman in attendance. 2. PUBLIC FORUM None. 3. Resolution Approving a Preliminary Plat and Ordinance Rezoning the Property to R-1 Low Den- sity Residential with a Planned Unit Development Overlay for a Single – Family Residential Devel- opment to be known as Stone Path Community Development Director McCabe presented the item. Braid: Understands that this site has some issues with the wetlands and is will to be in support of this item. Briggs: Development will help with road connection and the safety for the public.
