RESOLUTION 25-152 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ASPEN RIDGE DEVELOPMENT Motion By: Lake Second By: Hellier
WHEREAS, on April 8, 2025, the City Council adopted Resolution 25-052 which authorized the City to enter into a development agreement with Distinctive Land Development, LLC for the Aspen Ridge Development; and WHEREAS, the development agreement outlined the improvements the developer was responsible for installing; and WHEREAS, these improvements are now complete to the satisfaction of the city; and WHEREAS, the city has received the as-built drawings; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff have reviewed the improvements and have written the acceptance letter for this development. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The City Council hereby accepts the improvements for the Aspen Ridge Development.
3. Any remaining escrow dollars for construction inspection will be returned to the developer at the conclusion of the warranty period. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 25th day of November 2025. VOTE Briggs Braid Churchill Lake Hellier
