RESOLUTION 25-164 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING QUOTES AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AT REVERE WAY & CREDIT RIVER RD SE (2020-29) Motion By: Braid Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, the CH 21 CH 87 170th St SE Construction Project requires additonal drainage improvements at the southwest corner of the intersesection of Revere Way & Credit River Rd SE; and WHEREAS, staff solicited the following quotes to complete these improvements: Company Quote DSM Excavating $31,000.00
Park Construction $36,803.50
and; WHEREAS, staff recommend awarding a contract to DSM Excavating in the amount of
$31,000 to complete the necessary drainage improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the city standard contract with DSM Excavating in the amount of $31,000 for drainage improvements at Revere Way & Credit River Rd SE (2020-29). 3. Funding for this project shall come from the CH 21 CH 87 170th St SE Construction Project fund (2020-29). Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council on this 23rd day of September 2025.
