RESOLUTION 26-001 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE RAYMOND AND SPRING LAKE LIFT STATION REHABILITATION PROJECT (2026-09) Motion By: Braid Second By: Hellier
WHEREAS, staff have requested a quote from Total Control System, Inc for new control panels at the Raymond and Spring Lake lift stations that are compatible with existing control panels and SCADA software used at other city lift stations; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS,
staff have also requested a quote from Electric Pump to provide new pumps for the Raymond lift station; and the cost of this equipment is included in the $720,000 that is budgeted in the 2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for lift station rehabilitation; and WHEREAS, staff recommend purchasing the equipment at this time to avoid possible
delays with ordering and/or shipping. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of the necessary equipment for the Raymond and Spring Lake lift stations, which cost is budgeted for in the 2026 CIP. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 13th day of January 2026. VOTE Briggs Braid Churchill Lake Hellier
