RESOLUTION 26-011 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE WELL 6 AND WILDS BOOSTER STATION GENERATOR REPLACEMENT (2025-10) Motion By: Braid Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, on March 25, 2025, the City Council adopted Resolution 25-038 which awarded a contract in the amount of $140,449 to Taylor Electric for the Well 6 and Wilds booster station generator replacement; and
WHEREAS, the contract outlined the improvements Taylor Electric was responsible for installing; and WHEREAS, these improvements and all other contract responsibilities are now complete to the satisfaction of the city. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The City Council hereby accepts the improvements for the Well 6 and Wilds booster station generator replacement. 3. Final payment will be made to Taylor Electric in the amount of $16,430.30.
4. Funding will come from the 2025 CIP (601-49400.00-55570.00). Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 27th day of January 2026.
