RESOLUTION 26- RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE 2025 PAY EQUITY COMPLIANCE REPORT Motion By: Hellier Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, the Local Government Pay Equity Act requires the City of Prior Lake to submit a Pay Equity Implementation Report to the State Office of Management & Budget (MMB) for the 2025 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City completed the 2025 report using MMB’s software program that evaluates all City job classes, the number of male and female employees per job class, comparable work value, and related rates of pay. WHEREAS, the initial analysis appears to confirm that the City of Prior Lake is in compliance with state pay equity requirements; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council have approved and now authorize the submission of the City of Prior Lake’s 2025 pay equity report to the MMB for approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The City Council hereby approves the City of Prior Lake’s 2025 Pay Equity Report.
