CALL TO ORDER Mayor Briggs called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Councilors Braid, Churchill, Lake and Hellier. Absent: None. Also were City Manager Wedel, City Attorney Kendall, Police Chief Duggan, Assistant Chief Ruzicka and City Clerk Simon in attendance. 2. PUBLIC FORUM None. 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Wedel: Proposing to amend the agenda to add one new item under 9A; Resolution approving the pay equity compliance report for 2025.
