RESOLUTION 26-047 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WORK ORDER FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING FOR THE NORTHWOOD ROAD AREA PHASE 1 PROJECT (2026-01) Motion By: Braid Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, the 2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) includes funding for the Northwood Road Area Phase 1 Project; and WHEREAS, WSB LLC, a member of the city’s consultant pool, has provided a proposal in the amount of $49,165 to provide construction materials testing in coordination with Bolton & Menk as the lead engineering consultant on this project; and WHEREAS, the work order with WSB LLC will fit within the currenlty approved project budget of $9,179,095, of which 25% is set aside for administration and Engineering; and WHEREAS, Staff recommends executing a work order with WSB LLC in the amount of $49,165 to provide construction materials testing.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute a work order with WSB LLC in the amount of $49,165 to provide construction materials testing for the Northwood Road
Area Phase 1 Project (2026-01).
3. The funding for this project is included in the 2026 CIP.
