RESOLUTION 26-086 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF TURNOUT GEAR FOR THE PRIOR LAKE FIRE DEPARTMENT Motion By: Braid Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, the Prior Lake Fire Department needs to purchase 8 new sets of turnout coats and pants as personal protective equipment; and
WHEREAS, turnout coats and pants are worn by all firefighters when inside and outside a
hazardous environment; and
WHEREAS, the Prior Lake Fire Department has budgeted for this purchase in their 2026 budget.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to purchase the noted equipment with the budgeted funds from 101-42200.00-52055.00, Uniforms/Personal Protective Equipment. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 23rd day of June 2026. VOTE Briggs Braid Churchill Lake Hellier
