AGENDA ITEM: Park Land Appraisal Discussion
BACKGROUND:
At the March 10, 2026 Council work session, Directors McCabe, Monserud and Parks Manager
Hart provided a presentation on city parcels that are eligible for divestment. Feedback and
direction was received from the Council to review these properties with an appraiser for further
discussion at a later date. City staff have had the potential properties appraised and will update
the council of their findings.
