and WHEREAS, the aggregate cost for these purchases is expected to be under budget based on recent vendor quotes; and

WHEREAS, all proposed purchases will be from State Contract and other cooperative purchasing vendors to ensure the best value pricing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The Mayor and City Manager hereby authorize staff to order the replacement equipment.
