CALL TO ORDER Mayor Briggs called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Councilors Churchill, Lake and Hellier. Absent: Braid. Also in attendance were City Manager Wedel, Police Sergeant Rozga, Public Works Director/City Engineer Monserud, Finance Director Klekner and City Clerk Simon in attendance. 2. PUBLIC FORUM None. 3. Resolution Approving Preliminary 2027 City Budgets and Certifying Preliminary 2027 City of Prior Lake Property Tax Levy to Scott County Department of Taxation Finance Director Klekner Presented the item. Lake: This is a well thought-through process. Grateful to staff for all their work on this budget to be responsible stewards of taxpayer dollars. Public safety is very important.
