A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN FOR CAMPBELL SHORES
Motion By: Braid Second By: Lake WHEREAS, Pinnacle Family Homes, LLC, (the “Developer”), and Campbell Shores LLC, (the “Owner”) has applied for a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan for Campbell Shores; and
WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS,
on June 9, 2026, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 126-11, establishing the Campbell Shores Planned Unit Development Overlay District and approving a 62-lot single-family residential development; and Ordinance No. 126-_____ provides that the elements of the PUD shall be as shown on the approved plans, except for modifications approved as part of the Final PUD Plan; and the Developer has submitted a Final Planned Unit Development Plan for Campbell Shores; and the City Council finds the Final PUD Plan to be in substantial compliance with the approved Campbell Shores Preliminary PUD plan and compatible with the purposes and intent of Chapter 10, Article IV, Division 4 of the Zoning Ordinance and applicable Shoreland Overlay District
requirements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The Campbell Shores Final PUD Plan is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: a. The Developer shall revise the plans according to the August 27, 2026 City Engineering and Public Works Department Memorandum. b. The Developer shall obtain all required permits and approvals from other state, county, regional, or local agencies applicable to the development. c. The property shall be developed in substantial conformance with the Final PUD Plans dated August 8th, 2026 the Development Agreement approved by the City Council on October 13,
2026. d. Conservation easements, open space, trails, outlots, and other PUD elements shall be established and maintained in accordance with the approved Final PUD Plans and Development Agreement. Passed and Adopted this 13th day of October 2026. VOTE Briggs Braid Churchill Lake Hellier
