CITY OF PRIOR LAKE ORDINANCE NO. 126- 13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-162 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE RELATED TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE

The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
1.The Prior Lake Official Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section 10-162, is herebyamended to provide a zoning classification of the following legally described property from A,Agricultural to R-1, Low Density Residential.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:That part of the West 400.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23,Township 115, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota, lying South and East of the following described
line:Commencing at the Southwest corner of said West 400.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds East along the South linethereof a distance of 125.59 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thenceNorth 11 degrees 31 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 381.33 feet; thence North parallel withthe West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 680.27 feet; thenceEasterly parallel with the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of198.21 feet more or less to the East line of said West 400.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of theSouthwest Quarter and there terminating, Scott County, Minnesota.

2.City Code Section 10-983 entitled “Enforcement” is hereby adopted in its entirety, by reference, asthough repeated verbatim herein.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
