Historv On August 16, 2004, the City Council passed a resolution formally approving the CR 12 layout and design from TH 13 to CR 17. The CR 12 and TH 13 intersection was part of that approval process. Additionally, as part of that approval the City Council formally supported the conceptual TH 13 access management plan. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has approved $860,000 of access management funds for the project in 2007. This funding was made available to the City and County based on the proposal to extend Elm Street to the south to the Monnens property thereby providing alternative access for the property. Additionally, the future closing of Ida Circle access and control of future access to TH 13 in this area are part of the management plan. Based on that funding, the City and County revised the CIP and TIP respectively to program the intersection improvements for 2007. This project is scheduled for construction in 2007. 16200 Eagle Creek Avenue S.E.
