RE: Letter of Compliance - Bluff Impact assessment
3856 Green Heights Trail
Prior Lake, Scott County, Minnesota
Dear Jerry:
At your request, a site visit was conducted on February 03, 2000 to
evaluate the excavation at the subject lake shore property for
compliance with our impact assessment dated January 12, 2000. The
certificate of survey prepared by Probe Engineering and dated
December 21, 1999, which identified the property as lot 9,
Greenheights, provided the necessary elevations and dimensional data
for this inspection. All observations and opinions set forth in our
initial bluff impact letter remain inforce, as a integral part of
our assessment for this lot.
The site, had been cleared of unsuitable materials and excavated to
footing elevation. Handauger probes conducted at random within
the footing lines indicated well consolidated clay loam soils,
below optimum moisture. The physical dimensions of the residence,
its location within the lot and to adjacent structures, including the
bluff setback, were taped and found accurate with the certificate of
survey.
It is our opinion that the observed construction, including
erosion control measures are acceptable and comply with the
bluff impact assessment, building plans, and Prior Lake city codes
and zoning ordinances.

FINDINGS
1. Eric and Amy Frank have applied for variances llvUI the Zoning Ordinance
to permit the construction of a single family residence with attached gl
property located in the R-l (Suburban Residential) District and the SD (S
Overlay) District at the following location, to wit;
3856 Green Heights Trail, legally described as Lot 9, Green Heigl
County, MN.
2. The Board of Adjustment has reviewed the application for variances as con

The following are conditions which must be adhered to prior to the issuance of a
permit for the ..."u...osed structure:
1. The existing shed located towards the shoreline must be removed or brol
compliance with the Zoning Ordinance. This must be completed prior to the

2. The resolution must be recorded and proof of recording submitted to the
Department. An Assent Form must be signed and, pursuant to Section 11 C
