HomeMy WebLinkAbout03-55 RESOLUTION 03-55 RESOLUTION OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NUMBER 1123 (STONEGATE COMMONS CONDOMINIUM) ClC PLAT MOTION BY: ZIESKA SECOND BY: LEMAIR WHEREAS: on July 17, 2000, the City Council approved the conditional use permit for a 43-unit apartment building known as Stonegate apartments, subject to conditions identified by Resolution 00-58; and WHEREAS: the Stonegate apartment building is located on an existing, platted lot; and WHEREAS: The City Council has found that the Common Interest Community Number 1123 (Stonegate Commons Condominium) cie Plat is in substantial compliance with the approved conditional use permit for Stonegate apartments; and WHEREAS: The City Council has approved the Common Interest Community Number 1123 (Stonegate Commons Condominium) ClC Plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does require the following conditions to be met, prior to release of, and recording of said plat: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein as if fully setforth. 2. The final cie plat must be revised to include a signature box for the City approval. 3. The CIC plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County within 60 days from the date of final plat approval. Failure to record the documents by June 21, 2003, will render the CIC plat null and void. 4. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the CIC Plat on behalf of the City, Passed and adopted this 21st day of April, 2003.
