Reagan Variance Refund
I am writing to request a refund for the variance application of
James Reagan, 15265 Edinborough Avenue. I notified the applicant
that the staff recommendation at the Planning Commission would be
for denial of his application. After ameetin~ with Mr. Reagan on
April 5, he decided that he would withdraw h1S application and
explore other design options for his proposed garage addition.
Please refund his $75.00 as soon as possible. Thank you.

an addition to the existing single

per attached drawing. Prior Lake
Zoning Ordinance 83-6 specifies
that the minimum front yard setback
for a non-lakeshore lot located in
the R-1 Urban Residential and S-D
Shoreland District is 25 feet. The
proposed improvements will place
the structure 13 feet from the
front property line. The applicant
requests that the Planning
Commission approve a 12 foot front
yard setback variance in order that
he may construct improvements on
the site as proposed.
