The Mayor has made this proclamation in the past. Weyrauch Prior Lake Optimist Club DATE: October 9,1998 RE: Mayor's Proclamation for Youth Appreciation Week- 2nd Week of November On behalf of the Prior Lake Optimists Club I would like you to consider proclaiming the second week of November as Youth Appreciation Week again in our community. Enclosed for your review is a copy of last years Proclamation. Please let me know if Mayor Wes Mader and the City Council agrees to recognize the second week of November as Youth Appreciation Week in the City of Prior Lake.
