This N-value, Is an empirical relatlonship we have est3blished to equate the dynamic cone date to the more familiar blows per foot (BPF) standard penetration soil boring test. Test areas represent soft surface soils to a minimal depth in a isolated area with footings reinforced with three #5 rods. In our opinion soils are acceptable for construction.
