ORDINANCE NO. 107 -06
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING SECTION 202.500 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
REGARDING PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION PER DIEM
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake hereby ordains:
SECTION 202, Subsection 202.500
202.500 SALARIES
202.501 Per diem. Plannina Commissioners mav be eliaible for per diem remuneration.
202.502 Per diem Rate. For each eliaible meetina attended. a Plannina Commissioner will
receive $100 to remunerate time spent and out-of-pocket expenses.
202.503 Qualifvina Per Diem meetinas. The Finance Department will approve per diem
remuneration reauests only for meetinas occurrina on the reaularly scheduled
Plannina Commission meetina niaht (second and fourth Monday of the month)
whether the meetina is a reaular meetina or workshop. Remuneration will also be
approved for meetinas/workshops occurrina on the second or fourth Tuesday as a
result of a Monday holiday. In order to receive the per diem payment. The Plannina
Commissioner must have attended the entire meetina.
This ordinance shall become effective upon passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 2nd day of April 2007.
