Dear Council Members.
The Prior Lake Ja1s town baseball tea. requests that a
beer license be issued to the Prior Lake Jays to allow the sale
of beer at the Jay's hOID8 baseball galD8S.
The Jays have 18 home galles scheduled to date, with the
poed bili ty ot addi tlonal home galleS durina the Section 2B
playofts.
A schedule of Jays home gaIM8 18 enclosed. Also, enclosed
is a check 1n the amount ot $90.00 to cover the cost of the
license for the l8 games currently scheduled.
An additional check in the allount of $5.00 per home ga..
will be forwarded once the playoff schedule is finali.ed during
July.
It is requested that the licen8e be iS8ued for the period
of May 6, 1990 through AUgu8t 12, 1990. In8urance has been
purcha8ed through Spaiker , COllpany, Priar Lake. However, we have
not received our 1990 policy as ot this date.
