Both vehicles were former squad cars with high mileage. The earlier model has been used by the Building Inspection Department. Sealed bids were solicited for the disposition of these vehicles as authorized by City Code. Staff is requesting Council approval of the highest price offer. The City opened bids at morning March 12, 1990. bids were received: 10:00 A.M. Monday The following four BIDDER VEHICLE AMOUNT 1. Woodside Motors '85 Caprice $1,001 43-29 Crescent st. Earl Gildemeister '85 Caprice 520 Belgrade Ave. '88 Impala $2,005 North Mankato, MN All bid submissions were accom~anied by a certified or cashier's check ~n the full amount offered.
