west of Ferndale Avenue to Harbor Place and on
CSAH 18 from CSAH 42 to 1/2 mile north. There
are four ~4) resolutions included for Council

several occasions to facilitate the design of
County highway improvements and also City

are an eight foot bituminous walk from
Ferndale Avenue to T.H. 13, landscaping, 12"
watermain extension, and sanitary sewer and
watermain crossings.
The plans include landscaping and earth berm
along CSAH 42 in the Sand pointe area to
minimize the traffic noise and create a visual
barrier for the residents. city Engineer,
Larrr Anderson and county Staff have conducted
meet1ngs with the residents in the area to
discuss the plans.
Included in the Agenda packet is the

watermain crossings, and cost sharing for
storm sewer/concrete curb and gutter as per

The alternatives are as follows:
1. Approve the plans and resolutions to
allow the project to be completed.
